Privacy, terms & refunds
The short version: your photo is yours, we delete the original within 7 days, we never use it to train AI, and if you are not happy with what you paid for we refund you — no questions asked.
Your photo & privacy
Your original upload is deleted within 7 days. This is not a policy we hope to follow — a scheduled job runs every day and removes original uploads older than seven days.
Your photo is never used to train AI. It is sent to our AI provider only to produce your analysis and the images you asked for, and is not added to any training set by us.
The images generated for you are kept so that if you paid, you keep access to your results. Ask us and we will delete them too.
No account, no sign-up, no marketing email. We do not ask you to register, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you pay, Stripe collects your email in order to send a receipt.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to count how pages and features are used. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
You can ask us to delete everything associated with you at any time, by emailing info@nrbconsulting.co.uk.
Refunds
No questions asked. If what you paid for was not what you hoped, email info@nrbconsulting.co.uk and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it and you do not have to argue with us.
Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and Stripe usually takes a few working days to return the money to your bank.
This is in addition to any rights you already have under consumer law, and nothing here takes those rights away.
What you are buying
HaircutSuitsMe analyses a photo you upload and shows you haircuts that suit your face shape, hairline and hair density. The analysis is free. Paying unlocks your best-match haircut clearly on your own photo, its name, barber instructions, and one or more further styles depending on which option you chose.
It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. You are not charged again unless you choose to buy something else.
This is a styling suggestion, not professional advice. The images are AI-generated previews of how a cut might look on you. Your barber may reasonably disagree, and results in the chair depend on your actual hair. Nothing here is medical advice about hair loss — if that is your concern, speak to a doctor or a trichologist.
